Jovian Zayne is a management and professional development consultant with dedicated experience in change management, and global diversity leadership development. She leads The OnPurpose Movement, a firm committed to helping organizations and individuals to “Live and Work OnPurpose,” through targeted coaching, public speaking and facilitation experiences. Jovian is a recognized Thought Leader in the professional development and diversity-training field, and has a client list that includes: Google, Columbia University, Harvard University, Educators 4 Excellence, The Robin Hood Foundation, The Aspen Institute and Janelle Monáe’s Wondaland Records to name a few.  She is the Founder of the annual International Day of Purpose®, a day created to inspire people of all generations to celebrate, and activate the power of their purpose. She is a contributing author in the anthology by Red Letter Publishing, Lessons in Leadership, in which she describes the importance of identifying and harnessing your purpose to become an effective leader. Jovian is an IGNITE leadership fellow with NYU’s Wagner Graduate School for Public Service, a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a sought-after consultant, facilitator and coach on issues regarding management, leadership development, diversity and inclusion and empowerment. In her most recent corporate position as a Managing Director of Talent Recruitment at Teach for America (TFA), Jovian managed a team that both identified and cultivated more than 2,000 professionals across Teach For America regions. In this role she led an initiative that increased diversity of new hires from 23% to over 51%, resulting in the most diverse staff in Teach For America’s history, and was appointed by the Chief People Officer to facilitate org-wide staff diversity and leadership trainings.
